Lofts at Farmers Market

CITY OF ST. PAUL

The Lofts at Farmers Market was a highly-anticipated development for the City of Saint Paul. It brought new construction, market rate rental units to the heart of Saint Paul’s energized Lowertown neighborhood. We were extremely pleased with the process, and the end result. I attribute much of the success to having Brian, and his expertise, at the helm.
– Cecile Bedor, Director of Planning and Economic Development, City of Saint Paul

This five-story building on the corner of Fifth and Wall sits directly across from the popular St. Paul Farmers Market. Featuring 58 market-rate units, the newly constructed building was designed to fit seamlessly into its historic surroundings. The cast-concrete lower portion of the façade and the upper story brick blends in with the color and construction of nearby warehouse/converted loft buildings. Its appearance looks perfectly at home in this artistic haven known as Lowertown.

The Lofts at Farmers Market brought new amenities and quality rental housing to this dynamic St. Paul neighborhood. And the signature green roof patio—a shared common space—is highly coveted and unique in this urban environment. With nearby Mears Park, numerous new restaurants, and the downtown business district all within walking distance, the Lofts at Farmers Market offers residents the perfect location for both work and play.
