Northwest Family Service Center

Brian’s knowledge of state, county and New Market Tax Credit funding resources, and his ability to help us see the ‘big picture’ were invaluable. We were so glad he was part of our development team. This project would not have happened without his hard work and determination.
– Byron Laher, Executive Director, CEAP

This new 63,000 square foot facility is an addition to the bustling Osseo School District’s Adult Education Building. The development brought new facilities for Hennepin County Public Health, Hennepin County Human Services, and the Community Emergency Action Program (CEAP), as well as a three-level parking structure to accommodate the building’s expanded function.

As a new cornerstone in the Twin Cities northwest suburbs, the Northwest Family Service Center strengthens families and their community by consolidating county agencies into one easily accessible facility. In essence it is a highly efficient  “one-stop shop” for families seeking services such as renewal of benefits, child support, food support, cash assistance, health care programs, and emergency resources. With the adult education program also located at the facility, there is ample opportunity to promote educational resources as well.
