Zenith Condominiums

Every architect should be so lucky to work with Brian. His understanding of the entire development process—from planning through to the final punch list—was a huge asset. His knowledge and insight created a cohesive relationship between his client and our firm. We welcome the chance to work with Brian again in the future.
– David Graham, FAIA, ESG Architects

The Zenith Condominiums was part of a master development project that included the neighboring aloft Hotel. Just steps from the riverfront, and blocks from the heart of downtown Minneapolis, this project brought a modern residential option to those wanting to live in the historic Mill District.

The 9-story building features floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize views of the Mississippi River, historic Stone Arch Bridge, and Minneapolis skyline. In addition to its many amenities, the location—close to light rail transit, city parks, and river road trails—makes it an ideal residence. A catalyst of new construction in the area, the Zenith Condominiums was at the forefront of a now thriving community. With a popular farmer’s market, the acclaimed Guthrie Theater, chic new restaurants, and entertainment and cultural centers such as the MacPhail Center for Music close at hand, the Zenith is a highly sought-after address for active urbanites.
